Skirting & Dado Rails

Supply and Installation of MDF Skirting

MDF stands for Medium Density Fibreboard. It is a man-made material and is often found in products like furniture for your home.

High temperatures and pressures are used along with waxes and resins to bind the wood fibers together and make the sheets of MDF that are used to create skirting boards. For people who prefer a cheaper but still strong alternative to solid wood, there is MDF Wood. MDF is often considered a level above plywood. It is denser, stronger, and more durable.

Floorking will supply and install the MFD skirting for you. Contact us for a Quote or for more information.

Dado Rails

A dado rail, also known as a chair rail or surbase, is a type of moulding fixed horizontally to the wall around the perimeter of a room. The dado rail is traditionally part of the dado or wainscot and, although the purpose of the dado is mainly aesthetic, the dado rail may provide the wall with protection from furniture and other contact.

Floorking will supply and install your Dado Rails for you.
