FloorKing Mountain Bike Team- Road to Cape Epic

The FloorKing Mountain bike team was  busier than ever  in 2019, getting their wheels muddy and their medals ready! This is a team worth watching and we are so Proud to be the Official Sponsors!

As our cyclists prepare for the 2019 Cape Epic cycle challenge, they have been involved in various races throughout the country. Putting Kilometers on their bicycles and experience in their training. There is no stopping this upcoming team.

The FloorKing cycling team has been strict on their training programs and diets as they hit the tough South African terrain in training for the 2019 Cape Epic cycle challenge.

“Being a cyclist is more than just out rides and races, it is a strict way of living, knowing that everything you eat and drink has to fuel your body for the next ride or even recovery. It is a great way to connect with others and to create a good foundation of friendships in the community.” says Conrad Rautenbach of the FloorKing team who finished 3rd in the Vets Ashburton National Series in 2017.

This team has thus far competed in the Attakwas, Tankwa trek and are now preparing for the Karoo to coast and Magallies Monster! We have no doubt in our minds that this team will completely dominate the tracks and ride with pride! The team has set up strategic goals set up by their head coach to prepare these athletes completely for the upcoming races. we cannot wait to see how this team grows in talent and tactics.
